Purchased 2 Phones, They Both Died Within 6 Months

We purchased two of these phones in April 2018 for my parents who did not want smartphones. They liked the basic features of the phones, however both phones died within 6 months of purchase (refusing to power on despite being fully charged).
When the first one died, Jethro support was extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement (which is still working). But then the second of the originally purchased phones died with the same power issue about a month after the first. Instead of exchanging that phone, we decided to go with another brand.
